The data is broken down into categories, which include: the number of properties listed, the total dollar amount listed, the average listing price, the number of properties sold, the total dollar amount sold, the average sold price, and the average number of days on the market.
The same data from the prior year’s quarter (2014) is also provided for a side-by-side comparison.
