The Marine Club Condos, located on the southwest corner of Broad and Washington Streets, is technically in Point Breeze as Broad and Washington is the cutoff between Point Breeze and Graduate Hospital.  The Marine Club Condos, converted back around 2006 or 2007, is a huge building that easily houses a few hundred condos (supposedly there are 144 different floor plans).  Consisting primarily of studios and one bedroom condos, the Marine Club features on-site parking, a 10,000 square foot fitness center (that’s enormous for a condo building gym!), a private courtyard, a residents lounge, and 24/7 front desk security.  When the building was converted to condos, all of the units were finished with granite counters, hardwood flooring, new windows, tile backsplashes, marble baths, stackable washer/dryers, and stainless steel appliances.  The building is pet friendly, and due to the size of the building and the variety of floor plans, a multitude of buyers may be able to find their home at the Marine Club Condos.
