As you may have guessed, School House Condos were originally home to a school and have since been converted.  With a total of 16 condos, School House offers one, two, and some three bedroom options.  There are both flat and bi-level (I think 4 of the 16 condos are bi-level) floor plans available and the square footage of these condos ranges from 800 to 2,580.  On-site parking is available and the building is pet friendly.  There is no doorman or fitness center.  These condos fall within the Meredith School catchment area, which may be desirable for those with children.  As this conversion project is a little bit older (one of the first in the Queen Village neighborhood) it’s possible to find condos in a variety of conditions depending on the upkeep of the owners.  All of the units that I have seen have original hardwood flooring that adds lots of charm and updated kitchens.

Weccacoe Flats, built in 2012, are modern, high end full floor condos located in the heart of Philadelphia’s Queen Village neighborhood.  There are only a total of three condos in the building, and each unit takes up a whole floor.  All three condos are 3 bed 2.5 baths and range from 1,845 square feet to 2,075 square feet.  There is direct elevator access into each condo, and these units fall within the Meredith School catchment area.  The condos at Weccacoe Flats are energy efficient as many sustainable materials were used and they possess multiple green features.  The condos also boast open floor plans, high ceilings, lots of natural light, and modern finishes.  There is additional storage in the basement, on-site parking, and private outdoor space.
