Francisville is basically a sub-section of Fairmount. Fairmount is a little further along, more developed, and the prices reflect the same. Because it’s less developed, there are lots of projects taking place, and in my opinion, more room for potential equity growth. It’s hard not to notice the amount of new construction going up, and as a result, the prices should do the same. Like any other blossoming pocket of the city it will take time to develop, but you’re beginning to see a lot more young professionals and businesses move into the neighborhood compared to the recent past.
